All pickup orders will be ready the following day of placing the order. For same-day/weekend orders please send us a message and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Pickup is Monday to Sunday 08:00 to 20:00. Once your order is ready for pickup you receive an email with pickup instructions.

By not choosing registered post as your preferred shipping method you accept that we cannot be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage of a parcel while in transit or at the destination. We also highly recommend having your parcel delivered to an address such as a work address where there will be someone to accept the delivery during business hours.
